Exchange Policy – No Refunds

At Anokhi Vastra, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide an exchange option under the following conditions:

• The received product is a different size than ordered.
• The color of the product does not match the order.

How to Request an Exchange:

• Navigate to the footer of our website and locate the “Exchange Form” link under the “Other” column.
• Click the link to access the exchange form.
• Fill out the form with the following details:
• Select the item you wish to exchange.
• Choose your preferred variant (color and size) for the replacement item.
• Review the frontend product page to confirm the color and size of the real product, if needed.
• Submit the form to send your exchange request to our admin team.

Important Exchange Guidelines:

• The customer must provide original product photos with all tags intact.
• If the product is damaged or the tag is missing at the time of exchange, the request will not be approved.

Additional Information:

• Ensure you provide the correct order number on the exchange form.
• The return shipping address for the exchange will be shared upon approval of your request.
