Need to Exchange a Product?

No problem — just fill out this quick form and we'll take care of the rest!

At Anokhi Vastra, we take pride in delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following conditions:

• The product received is a different size than what was originally ordered
• You notify us and initiate the exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• If we sent you the wrong size by mistake, don’t worry — we will exchange it for you free of charge.
• If you’d simply like a different size or change your mind, we’re still happy to assist! In such cases, the exchange shipping costs will be covered by you, but we’ll guide you through every step to make it smooth and stress-free

If the error is from our end (wrong size delivered), we will arrange the exchange at no extra cost to you.

If the size was correctly delivered but you'd still like to exchange, we’ll be glad to assist you — however, the shipping and exchange costs will be borne by you.
