1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • In case of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Any promotional offers or free shipping eligibility will be displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Tracking details can be accessed from your Anokhi Vastra account under “My Orders.”
  • It may take up to 24 hours for tracking details to be updated by the courier.

5. Address Changes

  • Address modifications are allowed before dispatch by raising a request via our customer support team.
  • Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by raising a ticket through your Anokhi Vastra account.
  • If the parcel appears damaged upon arrival, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a resolution accordingly.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by submitting a cancellation request via our support team.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

8. Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  • If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours to initiate an investigation.
  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

9. Serviceable Areas

  • We ship across India to all major cities and locations.
  • If your area is non-serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and attempt to arrange an alternative solution.
